Chicks fighting really seriosly

I have ten weeks old chicks 5 roosters 5 pullets 3 of my rooster are fighting alot and today when I went to see my chick. One was injured bleeding im eyes ears and one was quite bleeding so what should I do one even crows they are still small some weird behaviors ive never seen in my chicken life

They are small crested breeds something flower breed they are get maturity really quick they are even chasing their mother for mating who has left them when they were 8 weeks now she only lays 16 eggs and goes broody
