Chicks freaking out in coop

it also helps to put some type of light in their coop at night until they get use to it.the solar light will work.its scary for them.when they go from a small lit area to a big dark place.

so she ate a little bit of chick food mushed together with scrambled egg about an hour ago. Right now she is more lethargic and keeping the one eye completely shut while the other is open. Nothing has helped so far;(

the chick has been lethargic and sleepy. she wasn't eating or drinking anything until a couple hours ago.She was also very puffed up. I have not seen any funny poop in any of my chicks, they are all very healthy and happy out in the coop.

I mentioned the same symptoms in the thread for diseases and injuries and that is where I was advised to start the corid. I was told it wouldn't hurt even as a preventative.

The chick actually ate quite a bit of her chick mash and scrambled egg just now and is drinking some and keeping both eyes open, rather than just one. She is now fast asleep again and seems pretty content. I have not seen a poop yet since I have brought her in this am. She gets up and stretches and then settles back in for more sleep.

Could severe stress have caused these symptoms? and that one eye shut thing?

I thinks she is doing ok now. eating, stretching, scratching and drinking.... even pooped a normal poop:) Tomorrow I will put her back with the others in the coop. I think she is liking this extra attention.

Thanks for all the help!!!!
