Not sure what these banties are. They're about 3 weeks now. Cute little boogers - red head, feathers are gorgeous, no combs, feathers are looking tannish-red with black edging. I am not seeing any pointy feathers though but a few are sparring and now I'm wondering if they're mostly cocks. Any ideas? Have a friend coming to take 2 of them tomorrow. Should I think twice about this?? We already have 2 head roos.

Pics would help. I have two chicks right now. One is def a pullet and I'm pretty sure that the other is a cockerel. They often spar and I wasn't aware that females did that.

If the white one's legs are black they are silkies!

Chipmunks might be OEGB

The one to the right of the white chick in the second picture (and maybe even the first pic) look like Golden Sebrights to me.

The two in the bottom corner of the last pic are definately Sebrights. Can't help with the others. I can only do breeds that I've actually owned before. lol

It looks like the ones that look like the one in the first pic are golden Sebrights..
And the white ones are Silkies, and the rest EEs?
I am no expert just my guess

Ditto! Darling babies. Female chicks spar too. It's how they work out pecking order, and they start fairly young.
