My chicks are about 7 weeks old, I currently have them in the attic. Can I put them outside in the coop now? I live in Wisconsin. 50 degrees during day and 30 at night still. I have no heat lamp in the coop. Thanks....

Are there other (older) birds already in the coop?
If there are no other birds to be concerned about, *I* would not hesitate to put healthy 7 week olds out in those conditions - I moved my last batch of brooder babies out at 5 weeks into similar conditions.

I have two 8 month old hens outside in the coop. I was told to introduce them in the evening.
