Chicks hatched and one isn't moving

I am completely new to this and we just hatched chicks in our incubator. One chick isn't moving but is breathing. The other chicks keep walking over it. What should I do?

Do you have a warm, not too hot, brooder ready to go?
If so move the chicks that are walking around go to the brooder and leave the laying down chick in the Bator for now

Can you take a clear picture of the chick that's laying down or even better or short clear video of it and upload it to YouTube?
