Chicks hatching

Hi my eggs are hatching today I have one chick already hatched but it seems to be stuck to the bottom of the incubator by some goo stuff coming from it's belly. Is this normal? And what should I do if anything?

The only thing I can think of would be an unabsorbed yolk sac. Should be non-fatal and absorb (from what I have heard-- I don't own a bator...) within a few days. I would try to make sure it isn't sticking to the incubator, but since I don't have personal insight, I suggest searching unabsorbed yolk sac for more information. Thanks ok the day that chick hatched I discovered I have broody hen on about 27 eggs so yay!!
