Chicks hatching

I had a chick hatch last night so I'm letting her dry in incubator but she just started pecking at pip holes in other eggs, should I remove her from the incubator.

If the chick is completely dry you can remove it.

Not me... might shrink wrap other pipped chicks. Might not, but the risk is too great for me.

My chicks always bump and roll other hatching eggs..

The single chick when put to the brooder will probably be mad. I leave them as long as possible. But we all have different though processes!
