Hi, I noticed you have them on newspaper in the picture.....this is a bad idea. It will get slippery, an opportunity for spraddle leg, something you don't want to have to deal with. I would quickly put down some paper towels so they have traction. Good luck with your chicks.

Everything I read said newspaper would be fine I will change it out in a bit will have to go to the store for paper towels

Urban flock I got 15 cornish cross and 10 barred rocks plus a mystery chick the hatchery sent

OK got paper towels down but now all my cornish cross chicks are just laying there I take it they decided a nap was in order or have I already messed up bad!!
