Chicks have bloody poop?

But they are Sulmet because they had Cocci? Please tell me it's something simple because these chicks are like my babies now!

They are Bantams, 1 1/2 week old and Silkies 1 1/2 week old. They are on the 3rd day of Sulmet.

They haven't seemed any different, Actually since they have been on the Sulmet they have perked up a bit and are more playful. The poop isn't full out bloody just darker red and if that was a sign of Cocci wouldn't the Sulmet stop it? Please help me

But it doesn't quite look like that.. It's kinda has a red/orangy color to it. I just want to make sure they aren't sick with anything else.
