Chicks have bloody poop?

But they are Sulmet because they had Cocci? Please tell me it's something simple because these chicks are like my babies now!

They are Bantams, 1 1/2 week old and Silkies 1 1/2 week old. They are on the 3rd day of Sulmet.

They haven't seemed any different, Actually since they have been on the Sulmet they have perked up a bit and are more playful. The poop isn't full out bloody just darker red and if that was a sign of Cocci wouldn't the Sulmet stop it? Please help me

Have you seen the "poo page" to check to see if it is just shed intestinal lining?

It can resemble bloody poo. But it won't look like liquid blood.
