Today was the first day they had bloody poop! We are 5 days after a completed 7 day treatment of corid for cocci.
I just started them on nutri drench and probiotics and fresh berries and oatmeal past two days.
Today there was bloody poop in the coop. No one is acting off at all!
We were planning to follow up two weeks after with another 3/4 day dose but should I start a redose now?
I have looked into avion vets we don’t have any in the area. I asked my equine vet if they can do a fecal.
( backstory ) - we treated the flock for corid originally because we migrated the pullets (8 weeks) with the adults and a couple were puffed up but no bloody stool to begin with! After two days of corid no more puffed up hens and everyone was good other than not laying eggs.
Now everyone still looks good but this is the first time we are seeing blood now.

Could this be part of the berries she ate? I think it might be. Is she acting normally? Not lethargic or sleepy? Keep a eye on her and see if you notice anymore passing blood. I'm thinking that could be the berry she ate and not blood. Hope this helps. Let us know how she's doing.
