I ordered some pullets in Feb & it was a hatchery choice overhatch package. I have three 2 month old pullets from Meyers hatchery that aren't growing as well as the others & started having bloody stools about 4 days ago. I have 30 chicks in total from this hatchery & had let them all out in the pen/yard for their first time last week. I had two suddenly die over night after their play date in the outside pen & then I noticed these three weren't feeling well, so I pulled them to my ICU pen and have been administering Corrid 1 1/2 tsp per gallon of fresh water daily. These three are all struggling.. not eating much & I'm trying to get them to drink. Their crops are not full morning or evening. Their poop is now not watery but still bloody. I have several others of this speckled Sussex breed (what I think they are)

that are much bigger.

All of the rest of the birds seem fine & active, as a course of precaution, I have been treating them as well with Corrid.

Correct dosing of Corid is 1 1/2 tsp of the powder form or 2 tsp of the liquid form, per gallon of drinking water, just to make sure you are dosing correctly.
They often don't drink well when they are sick, so getting the medication in them is important. You can give them an oral dose in addition to the medicated water for up to 3 days, and I would do that.
Dosing is by body weight, and info is here:

Make sure the medicated water is the only water they have access to.
If they don't start looking better after trying that then you may need to switch to either toltrazuril (link to a source below) or a sulfa medication. Occasionally a strain doesn't respond to treatment with Corid, most do. So hopefully it's a factor of them not taking in enough medication.

The bird sulfa I use has been discontinued and is out of stock everywhere, but found this one:

Oh poo! I got the dosage off on the liquid! Thanks! Best method to get them treated individually without drowning them or aspirating?

Would giving them pro bionics (powdered form) help? Or wait until they are feeling better?

Give them the oral dose by syringe, it should be a fairly small amount full strength. Just give it slowly, you can put it in front of the bottom of the beak and let them swallow, then repeat til the entire amount is given. I will attach a link to an article on how to administer medications safely. Probiotics are fine as long as they don't contain vitamins. Giving B1/thiamine supplements at the same time as Corid can reduce the effectiveness of the medication.
