Chicks in Bator with unhatched

Hi There!
I am a second time bator'er, first time nothing, now I have 5 chicks!!
First one hatched last night at 10"45, this am, we had 3 more, one more this afternoon. I have one still trying to get out, how long can I keep the chicks in the bator, before they have to come out. And if I have to get them out, how do I save the unhatched (but maybe viable) eggs?
Help!! By the way this is so amazingly cool!!!!

They can go 2 days without food after absorbing the yolk. Hope that helps~

I take them out as soon as they are dry and fluffy but 48 hours is ok to leave them in. I find that they stay a little damp as the humidity in the bator is soo high
