I'm moving my 3 chicks in with my 1 adult hen. I have about 25 pounds of medicated chick started left. Will it be ok to feed them medicated chick started?

The hen can eat the medicated feed without problems to her. Egg safety depends on what the medication is Amprolin is supposed to be safe, others no. If you really want to use it and are worried, you could toss the eggs the hen lays while eating the medicated feed. If there is a size difference you could make a creep feeder. At cage or fenced area with an opening that only the chicks can go through.
