I ordered Rare collection of pullets in Feb from MM and even though I am in GA it was not a good idea. Total of 5 died soon after delivery, one had wry neck and died last week and another had to be isolated as was not getting feathers or growing well.
I would never order early again as the cold and perhaps the type birds in that rare breed order aren't ideal. The Egyptian Fayomis have done well. There is a large golden/brown bird that has done well. All together I have 12 of the 25 left - the absolute worst and I have ordered for 8 years with very few losses.

You are batting less the 50%. I agree that cold is no good for ordering baby chicks. I follow a thread
https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/949266/anyone-impatiently-waiting-for-your-baby-chicks-to-arrive
and there are varied results posted there. But the world keeps turning and people want baby chicks.
HOPE THE REMAINING CHICKS DO WELL FOR YOU.
