Chick's intestines hanging out! (Warning graphic pic)

This little chick just hatched, but I think the other chicks in the brooder made it hatch way too early or something. A large portion of its intestines appear to be hanging out, and there is a hard red "thing" attached to the end of them. I have tried to gently push the intestines back in but the hole seems too small. I'm afraid I will hurt it more or it's going to bleed to death.
On top of that, its head is covered in a hard coating of something tacky and its eyes are glued shut. Unsure if that is relevant.
Any hope for this guy? I really don't want to cull him!

The only kind thing to do is cull it. It will just die anyway even if you don't.
