Chicks leg will not work right

we hatched out a baby chick last night an it's leg does not want to work right? It keep laying it back behind it I moved it an it works ok any ideas? Do you think it will get stronger an work in a day or to?

News paper is not good to use with new hatchlings...Too slippery....Paper towel or piddle pads....
