One of my chickens is not well. She’s not eating and just stays in the pen, puffed up. I know my flock has mycoplasmosis and maybe that is what is happening. I can’t get an appointment with a vet until Tuesday (4 days from now). I’m worried she won’t make it. I’ve been trying all kinds of food to get her to eat (sardines, yogurt, blueberries, etc) but she won’t and she is very skinny and light. I have some Meloxidyl I’m going to give her in hopes it with perk her up and she’ll eat. What else can I do?

Not sure about her age because she was found in the middle of nowhere 2 years ago. She not a very good layer. It’s been several months and it’s always few and far between. She’s not egg bound that I can tell. Her crop is empty as she hasn’t eaten in days. She doesn’t have lice or mites. I treated for worms last spring and have no reason to think she has them. I’ve tried mushy chicken feed in addition to anything else I thought she might find tasty.

Also today I squirted 2 droppers of rooster booster with water and honey down her throat. I can’t get her to drink it on her own.

I don't know what else you can do except to try to hydrate her and get her eating.
If she's not having issues with an egg or parasites, she may be in decline for some other reason.
