Chicks legs up over wings

I have two chicks whose legs stretch forward and up and won't extend downward. Is this treatable or should I cull?

I have another chick whose legs look like this

It's getting stronger but not sure it will ever be self reliant.

Do you think it could be splay or spraddle leg? A bandaid or vet wrap holding the legs together an inch apart for several days would treat that. If it is more of a neurological problem, then I don't have an answer except to try making a chick chair to get them upright. Putting poultry vitamins in the water or PolyVisol without iron 2drops orally per chick each day may help, too.
