My 4 buffs are ready to be moved outside to the coop. My 2 silkies have another month before they can go out. Right know they are getting along great. I am afraid when I reintroduce the silkies after a they will get picked on.

How long of a wait, two weeks would be the longest time of separation, even then I might worry, you might have to initially pen the silkies separately where they can be seen for a week or two before trying to combine them again.

What are their ages.....why do the silkies need to wait?
If they're getting along I'd leave them together....in or out.

Move them out together, silkies are just as hardy as other breeds but more prone to being pecked or picked on, keep them together if that is the long term plan.
