Chicks mixed ages....how to feed?

I have 2 sets of chicks 12 weeks old and 7 weeks old living in the same coop and run. The 12 week old chicks should graduate from starter feed to grower feed now. I can't figure out how to feed the 2 groups the correct feed because the are living in the same area. Any suggestions?

I have chicks 3-4 weeks apart in age. I'm planning on feeding starter medicated until the baby is old enough to come off. Mine are different ages also and live in the same flock.

It wont hurt to feed them all starter feed until the youngest are ready to switch feed...
