do you think our chicks ages 14 weeks ~ 5 weeks would go to the coop on their own during a storm, or do we need to go in the backyard and round them up before hand?

I've been rounding them up, to be on he safe side..

my 4 weekers and 12 weekers were all out in a storm last night. I just made sure they had a dry place to go

that makes me feel better! ours can go under their coop. They can be a real chore to round up!

Teach them to come to your call. Choose a call or phrase, gie treats when repeating ti, and soon they associate the call and treats. Then call them into the coop and give treats in the coop. Does not take them long to catch on.

And don't be surprised if they stay out in the rain. Mine will only go under shelter during a really hard downpour.
