Chicks Picking on 1 Chick

I have 8 2 week old chicks and I just checked on them and one is being pecked by the others and is bleeding at her neck area and tail feather area. What can I do to prevent this? I didn't think they would do this so young? They were all fine this morning.

What all and how exactly are you feeding?
How long has this picking been going on?

How much space do the chicks have. This is sometimes a result of overcrowding and boredom.

I went and got some pick no more and put it on her. I have been watching and she actually seems to be picking herself. I feed organic non medicated crumble. Maybe lacking a vitamin? I am attaching brooder. I use eco plate which I love. Very active chicks. I will be moving to large dog pen next week but I think they can squeeze out of the openings right now. Today was the only time I have had this happen so maybe they are just outgrowing this set up I currently have. They sure grow fast lol. Thanks for any advise
