chicks sick and infested with parasite

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have some 10 week old buff orpington and some ameracaunas the same age. They have got some kind of parasite, maybe mites, on most parts of their body and around their face and head have a bunch of what looks like tiny white eggs. One of them has an eye all matted and full of fluid and blood coming out of her nose. any ideas.

do I use seven dust. And is the eye problem and bloody nose part of a lice or mite problem
