Chicks starting to hatch...foggy incubator window (grr)

My first egg pipped yesterday at 4 pm, which means that in 4 hours it will have been 24 hours since first pip.. does it usually take this long for anything else to happen? I'm so nervous that I've done something wrong.

Sometimes it takes that long. Just keep that bator CLOSED!!

If you whistle or cheep at them do they cheep back? Are your eggs moving? I'm really hoping that opening the bater earlier didn't shrink wrap them.....hope everything goes well ! Keep us posted !
