Chicks supposed to stand?

First time hatching chicks. We are using a broody hen, the chick that just hatched is laying on its back is this normal for a time? Should it be moving more? I’m somewhat concerned

Pick it up. Is it limp? It shouldn't be laying on its back like that.
 
Everytime I have a chick flip on it's back, I flip it back on it's belly. They should stand in a few hours after drying out.
