Chicks to the coop?

My chicks are four weeks old when can Ieave them in the coop? There's no heat in the coop, and it's still 32 degrees at night
 
I would wait another week or two, but they should be fine if you need to move them out sooner.
 
If they have feathers then go right ahead. They need feathers to keep warm, if they still have their little delicate looking fluff, then you need to keep them in the brooder until the feathers start coming in. Hope this helps.
 
After 4 weeks we started putting our chicks outside during the day for a few hours. We increased the amount of time spent outside every day by an hour or so until they spent from sun up to sun down outside. Then we let them sleep in the coop on a warmer night. Ours were 5 and 6 weeks old and the night temp was in the 40's. They appeared fully feathered or very close to it. I think as long as you do it gradually...
