chicks with blood in poop

Help! At least four of my 5 chucks have bloody pool. They are about 5 weeks old. They are acting fairly normal.except for.one slw.who seems lethargic. Could it be intestinal shedding or cocci. All of them have it so im not sure id its shedding. They were outside on the dirt yesterday which is one day before problems came.

Also how safe would it be to assume cocci and give them all mess for it??

I don't know , but if I were you I would use the search feature on this forum and search the web too. That sounds like it could be serious. I wouldn't think they would all be shedding intestinal lining the same day, unless something they ate is causing it.?? Good luck!
