chicks with broody mama

we have 3 chick in the house still with the mama they are almost 4 weeks and we have some other chicks that are a week behind them and want to put them with them but the mama wont let ti happen , think the older ones will be fine with out her , can i just put her back out side with out them or will she flip out they still sleep under her a night abd it is to cold out side for them still i think so what should i do thanks for any help

I hatched one chick in Jan. I brought in a momma silky at night to sleep with him. then at 2 weeks old I put them in a heated brooder. at about 4 weeks old I let them both out, even with our other birds. he still would sleep under her wing even though he was 2x as big. he is 9 weeks old now she still treats him as a baby. They would probably be okay but, there is more than one and at a bigger age mom cannot cover all. don't mixe'm though I think the age diff is to great.
