Chicks with closed eyes, occasional "gulping", then death

What did you do? Did you end up using the Corid for 5 days? I had a 2nd one die this morning, and 4 more in the bathtub (our chick infirmary) have one or both eyes closed. And they are matted shut with discharge, which I think starts in their nose.

Yes, I used corid for 5 days and it helped soo much and very fast. Then after I got done using that I treated them for a nasal infection (mucus) with the powder called duramycin-10. It got rid of mucus literally over night! It's about $5.99 at TSC
