Chicks with cocci and no sulmet

Hi there, I have chicks who are pooing blood. I obviously thought it was cocci but the problem is I have no sulmet, but I do have medication called Doxin, picture attached. Can I use this for them?

If you don't have Sulmet, can you get some Amprolium? Harker's Coxoid sometimes can be found in pet shops or pigeon supply.

What you have pictured is a combination antibiotic of Doxycycline and Tylosin (Tylan). This would not treat a Coccidia overload. It may be helpful in treating secondary infection or enteritis, but it will not reduce the number of Coccidia like Sulmet or Amprolium.
