Chicks with Mama - poop stuck on bums

I have a mama with 4 chicks, 3 of them have poop stuck to their bums. Will this hurt them? or should I intervene and somehow remove it?

catch them and gently removed the poo. if not they may become clogged up and die. After I remove the poo I put neosporin on their bums - it helps to heal and they usually don't get clogged up again.

You should wipe off gently with a warm wet paper towel, before builds up to much.

They are in a completely enclosed area thats like 4x4 so catching shouldnt be too hard...
