This one has head shaking issue and he is not eating

You should make a post about him with all the symptoms you're seeing in the Emergency forum. The friends there will be able to get him back on track hopefully!
At Tractor Supply they sell a supplement call Nutri Drench. You can put a couple drops in their waterer to give them a nutrient boost they all probably need.

They sell it at most feed stores or I'm sure you could order it on Amazon.

No.i am not in usa? But can this available on food and grocery stores?

Right now only food and grocery stores are open on my side.
