chicks yawning?

I have seen the chicks yawning or something. I have seen a few threads on this but now I can't find them. Is this normal? Any links to threads?

I don't know but I had a baby turkey that copied me when I yawned... Did u yawn infront if them!?

LOL nope didn't yawn in front of them. Was your turkey alright? My chicks also shake thier heads a lot and and sometimes a little click sound that i think comes from thier throat. Not sure what this means?

I'm a newbie myself, but I've noticed a couple of my Cochin bantam chicks doing this too, so maybe it is normal.

I mean, they don't have any problems and seem healthy.

I'm no chicken expert, but I had a pet cockatiel for 19 years and birds do yawn and sneeze. If I scratched him at his ears he always yawned. So I do not think anything of it when I see the chickens do it.

Yep, my Cockatiel and my Budgies would yawn too.

Is it normal for a rooster to yawn more? Because my rooster chick does it almost every time I go out
