Hello looking in advance for a chick has pecked through to air sack on day 18 19 tomorrow it is a bantam Cross I've never hatched or owned bantams any information would be appreciated

Bantam care is the same as larger breeds;just everything smaller.

Is it normal for them to hatch early looks like chick will be out on 19th day

Yes. My phoenix bantams and serama both hatch on the 19-20 days.
