If I were to get more chicks could I put their brooder in the coop so me hen can be near them?

How is your coop set up? They'd have to be in a safely enclosed area where the hen can't get to them and the chicks can't get out.

As long as you can create a secure area where the hen can't get to them until you're ready to begin integration, that's actually a great way to allow them to acclimate to each other sooner.
