They are in the chicken coop in a crate. They are facing the draft so we put in two lights, but when they died we had a board blocking the crate so the wind wouldnt get them. The coop is 45-50 degrees FahrenheitPlace a thermometer down under the heat lamp. Keep the warmest spot 85-90 degrees on the floor with a cooler area to escape to.They shouldn’t need two lamps unless it is very cold outside. What is the temperature of the room they are in?
No. They are just laying there with their wings tucked. One even jumped up and ate.Are they panting while in the brooder
