I have one chihuahua his name is Jitterbug he is the best dog ever he is brown and white with long hair, l love him so much, and think chihuahuas are so miss under stud

Yes I have one... He is 10 years old. Used to be quite protective , but the danger is past. No more teeth.

I have to give him softened food. (he has a few teeth left, but not enough to chew food) or bite

He is clearly the one on the left. On the right is his brother from different parents.

A Maltese and a rescue, so I have no clue to his age, but most likely older than chihuahua with less teeth.
I call Chihuahua Roachie, and Maltese just W. Rest of the family calls them Bruiser, and Q-tip..

Jitterbug is 5 going on 2. He's not to protective but when someone is goofing around and there is any sing that they could be hurting me he try's to get between us

Because of allergies in my family I never got the opportunity to own a chihuahua, but I do volunteer at the shelter and we get a lot of Chihuahua mixes and a few pure ones. I think they are more shy then anything, the only one with aggression issues had obviously not been treated right because he was terrified and jumpy. The rest were sweet, great on the leash, and enjoyed being with people. They all got adopted quickly too. : )

Clyde was adopted in just a few days. : )
