~ 2017
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
~ I have at least 20 chickens.
(3) What breeds do you have?
~ Australorp, EE, golden-laced Wyandotte, white leghorn, Welsummer, Brahma, ISA Brown, cuckoo marans, barred rock, mixed frizzle bantams, other large fowl mixes
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
~ The variety of breeds, egg colors, personalities, and the fact they eat all our kitchen scraps -- no waste!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
~ Fossil hunting at the beach, gardening, crafts, repairs.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
~ Blended family with 4 teens, 6 cats, 2 rats, and a fish pond.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
~ I believe I found BYC online with a Google search for some topic. Longtime reader, just decided to join. I am in many FB chicken groups and love to trade ideas and tips!
