Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

( @Run Wild as soon as you're able, we need an update on Ioan and Cyra! :pop
Also, what happened to Asa and Starr and Elle's couple?)
(I just haven't had time to search for it, or rp much. I have this major date for work that's been keeping me busy. It's tomorrow though, so when it's over I'll start rping again. Sorry for the delay.)

(Both are accepted. Very nice characters! I like Nick, if you don't have so to play with I would like to see him interact with Aralyn. )
(@Nariah01, Run likes leather too :plbb
Yes, that'd be interesting XD

No worries, I'm just curious to see where that plot is going :pop )

"I wouldn't be the one to fail." Asa muttered knowing Ryker couldn't hear him.

"Better than I have in a long while." She answered with a sigh of contentment.
(I found my post. I don't think you replied to it, Hooded Huntress. I looked for you're reply but didn't see it, but it's possible I missed it.)

Pushing off the wall, Nick stalked down the hall with a scowl on his face. He'd been standing there for several minutes now, waiting for either the door to open or her to come down the hall, but there had been no appearance thus far. No surprise there, if the thick scent of male lingering near her room said anything. It was only a tad bit frustrating. He'd given her her space, knowing she'd want it after the little adventure she took off on so abruptly, but that she hadn't sought him out for a rematch after their last sparring session went so well was a surprise. If it had to do with that brat of Ryker's, so help him. Nick took the stairs two at a time and headed for the dining hall as a last resort. She always claimed to like habits and schedules, eating at this particular time each day, gym at this time, but lately she'd become so unpredictable. It was disconcerting. Again, Anuerin's pretty little face came to mind. That boy was only going to leave her hurt, something Nick had known and tried to convince her of. Hardheaded, unpredictable, unforgiving minx. Layering the negative adjectives only made it worse but he tried it anyway.

Aralyn threw herself from the elevator as soon as doors opened to the higher level. What had she been thinking? She inwardly scolded herself. She'd almost been seen. Leverett's bruised face came to mind and she wondered why she had found compassion in her heart for him. She set off down the hall, determined to settle the rumbling of hunger in her stomach.

Ellie walked down the hall from her room to get something to eat. She had missed breakfast having slept in in rare fashion and was quite hungry at this point. She stuffed her hands in her pockets as she walked towards the stairs to take them down to the dining hall.

Glancing over his shoulder, Nick heard before he saw Ellie. He debated whether to pause and wait till she caught up to see who it was, but something else caught his attention. Something aquatic, and strange. Was it familiar? He stepped off the last step and stopped to look around. She—it was a female, he realized after a second—was headed in the same direction he was. Mighty convenient. At least as far as his curiosity was concerned. He trailed behind at a leisurely pace, taking in as much information as he could by scent alone.

Samantha paused at the doorway of the dining hall. Rather than going in, though, she leaned against the doorway, hesitant. Nearing footsteps drew her attention away from the nearly empty room.

"Steele, and yes, I am a sore loser," Lucy said, pouting slightly. A smile slowly formed to let him know she was just teasing. She retrieved the puck and slid it forward to the center of the table, just barely reaching it.
Victor looked at her with an amused expression, before reaching for the puck and hitting it straight into her goal. It was good to have long arms sometimes, he realized as he looked at Lucy, awaiting what face she would make now.
