Alexis scoffed at his question. With the teacher's back turned to them, she pulled a sheet of paper from her notebook and set it in front of her but behind the history book, then began doodling.

"Very well, Phoebe Owens. She'll we go, so the driver stops giving me the evil eye?" Leverett asked with a musical chuckle, as he opened the door to get out. He offered Helen his hand to assist her out of the vehicle. "We are gate 34 and it boards in a hour. We should get through security in time." He stated as he looked to his watch.

Helen took his hand and got out, shouldering her backpack. "Let's go."

Once the man left, Haley could breath again. She didn't move when Aneurin did, but watched him closely to make sure he didn't go off and leave her here, then somehow blame her for getting out or whatever.

Aneurin closed the distance between the van. He looked around him once more before peering through the window. He slipped into the back and gestured for Haley to do the same.

Sophia decided to see if Zaiden was busy. When she saw he was reading a book, she asked politely "I'm kind of bored. Could I just lay on your bed while you read?"

Zaiden shrugged as he set down the book he had been reading. "I was just passing time. Is there some thing that we could do together?" He inquired as he scooted over so that she had more room.

"I know that." Laurel sighed as she met his gaze. "I suppose I haven't yet learned how to share my thoughts and emotions with another person, do forgive me if I am awkward." She stated truthfully. She had never had the chance to talk as they had, and had not learned how to respond when someone shared their thoughts with her.

Haley stepped hesitantly out of of the bushes, looking around carefully as she did so. When she was sure the coast was clear, she made a dash for the van and soon joined Aneurin in the back. "What are we doing?" She asked in a whisper once she was settled.
