Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Zaine looped around, coming back to the classroom in what he hoped was a decent amount of time. He came in quietly and took his seat.
Ava looked up to him then smiled before focusing on the drawing again. She would give it to him after class ended.

Donella flushed at that, considering it high praise. Book smarts she had, people or street smarts, not so much. "You are the best friend I have ever had too." The first friend really, Zaine if he counted himself as a friend would be the second.

"Ooh, très intéressant," Lucy said with a nod of approval. "Butterflies. Insects are animals, right?"
-----
"Same. I'll meet you at the pool in fifteen?" Priam suggested.
Victor frowned at her French. He muttered "Showoff" jokingly, before adding "And yes, Mademoiselle, a butterfly is an insect last time I checked."

Iris nodded, and headed for her room to get a bathing suit or a bikini. She chose a dark blue bikini as it was hotter outside, and headed for the pool, only after putting clothes over her bikini to walk there.

Zoe nodded and did the same before going to her room to rinse the pool chemicals off and change into better clothes for playing basketball. Once done, she would join him at the gym
Elliot took a quick shower in his room, dried off, then put on some clothes for basketball, which really was just some short shorts and a Tshirt. Once he was finished with that, he takes his hair to one side and headed out the door, reaching the basketball court after a few minutes.

"Anuerin, please!!" Haley begged. "You can't do this to us, me, your sister and everyone else involved. Man up and get out here so we can talk!" She was on the verge of tears, the events of the morning having worn her out. She didn't want to do this, to be here, right now, but she had promised Amaryllis she would and she couldn't leave now.
"Maybe she'd be better off without me, ever thought about it that way?" Anuerin demanded, looking through his dresser for something.

Zaine fiddled with the edge of his paper as he listened to the teacher. Since he saw no need to take notes, he made lazy loops around the page with his pencil instead.

"Mercie. Et, un papillon est une insecte est un animal?" Lucy continued just to tease him.

Priam was at the pool, ready and waiting when she arrived. He had already dived in and was paddling lazily around the pool.

Haley brushed at her eyes with the back of her hand. This was getting beyond maddening. "Whether you know it or not, people here need you," she said, with all the firmness she could muster. Shoving her hands in her pockets, she leaned against the wall, closing her eyes briefly as she considered how to go about this. Her hand hit something metal and she fingered the object in her pocket for a moment before realizing what it was. "Anuerin, please. Get out here and face me or I'm coming in," she threatened.
