(Well if that's your goal you should have her be with Vasper, it would be an interesting twist of events for sure given everything that happened.)

Personality: Ryker needed another assassin, and the best assassins don't deal with many emotions. Sebastian seems to have no emotions on the outside, but rather hides them all in on the inside. One the outside, he seems stern, cold, and heartless. However, on the inside there is another person hidden within. He wants to help other people, and wants to finally feel affection for others, after getting that ripped away from him and his family.
History: He grew up in a poor family in Denmark, who immigrated to America when he was six. Life didn't get any better, economically for the Danish family, but Sebastian was happy as anything. He valued family above everything, and held them highly. HE enjoyed the family circle, where he, his three siblings, and parents played board games and spent time together as a family. They continued to live poorly until one day, the family received some information about Ryker, and that life would be better there. After doing extensive research, his parents decided it would be best for Sebastian and a sibling to head there, as they only had enough money to send the oldest two children to college. He and his brother got separated, as his brother was captured and taken to the school, leaving Sebastian all alone at the Laboratories, to be trained an assassin by Ryker.
Animal Strengths:He can sense electrostatic pulses, similar to platypuses. This essentially helps him look through walls, not literally, but he can tell if someone is around a wall or on the other side of one.
Animal Features:He can grow poisonous platypus claws out of his knuckles, similar to how Wolverine brings out his claws.

Motivation For Being Bad:He was taken there against his will and made an assassin, which he does because he doesn't have an option, but isn't evil.

(oh I love that name, I have always loved the name Sebastian. Well looks like Layla won't be the only troubled cold soul around. Well she will still be the crazy one. :lau )
