Sophia kept on "In so glad you asked me to be your girlfriend. Thanks for that too."

"Your welcome." Zaiden said softly as Ioan entered the room. He was dressed and cleaned up, but dark circles under his eyes indicated how he had replaced the sleep he much needed with hours of trying to find a way to keep those at Genesis High safe.

"Hey, I'm still alive. Not complaining," Zaine chuckled. "I'm Zaine, by the way. Not sure if I told you that already," he extended his hand in greeting for the third time that day.

Haley glanced around them, slightly nervous and confused, as well as excited. The night air felt wonderfully cool and refreshing. It had been way too long since she had had the privelage of being outside.
"Well that's good to know. Next time there's a fight starting, I'll make sure I'm wearing some perfume," Alexis joked.

Kenya shook it warmly. "Kenya," she replied with a smile, shyly tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.

Aneurin quickly pulled Haley behind a bush as a cars headlight illuminated the once dark parking lot. He gestured for her to be quiet as well, waiting for things to settle down.

Aneurin quickly pulled Haley behind a bush as a cars headlight illuminated the once dark parking lot. He gestured for her to be quiet as well, waiting for things to settle down.

Zaine looked around. "Well. Looks like everyone's gone. I guess I should head to my next class," he said, but his tone suggested no hurry or eagerness to go.

Haley let out a gasp of surprise as she was pulled down into a dense prickly bush. She immediately knew why when the lights and sound of a car neared. Wrapping her thin arms around herself, she tipped her head slightly downward to avoid the headlights reflecting her eyes in the dark. Aneurin obviously wanted this outing to be a secret.
