Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Areum nodde excitedly, following him outside and wherever they should go.
Rowan smiled and headed for the woods with her. He would start down another trail, making sure she could keep up with him as they walked to the cave.

Areum followed at a brisk wolf's pace. She kept an eye on his bouncing, long hair, which she had come to adore. It also provided her with a smile and some entertainment.

Rowan slowed to a stop when they reached the cave and looked to her before walking inside "Here we are, It's a decent sized cave out her, then it goes down into the earth further in."

Areum peered inside, taking a look at all the stalagmites and stalactites. She turned around to look at Rowan, waiting for him to enter first. She was excited, yet a bit spooked at the darkness.

(@silkiecuddles I got a bit impatient lol. You don't need to reply but I wanted to develop Victor a bit.)
Victor couldn't concentrate in class whatsover, and didn't try to either. He was focused on whether they were really just killers. He knew they were made to kill, but that didn't mean they were killers now. He didn't see a killer in Lucy, but he did see a dark past. A dark past which he wanted to help her overcome. Lucy was his friend, and he had feelings for her, so he made it his mission to be there for her whenever she needed it. The want to leav the school and see the real world was burning within him, to see if he wanted to kill humans, the species he once fully was. And if that was true, then he would come back and tell Lucy she was right, and that they should just have to live with it. But if he was right, maybe he would stay and live as a a part of their world. No, that was too dangerous. He would have to be content with just the knowledge of it.

Rowan took the bag off for a moment, pulling out a pair of headlamps and handing her one then outting his on and the bag back on "You want to explore, right?"

Liam smiled, well at least she thought he was amusing considering her laughter. "I agree with you on that. I am of the mind that there is always room for improvement in most areas of life and one should always strive to learn more." He said with a nod, it was why he went into nursing. He reached up and tapped the small scar under his eye before replying. "That kernel of knowledge came out of this development. After I got this beauty in a bar fight I realized my life was not going the way I wanted. So I cleaned up my act and went into nursing school. Tried to better myself because waiting for it to miraculously happen on its own wasn't going to cut it."
"That was very sensible of you," Samantha complimented him in a roundabout way. "Not everyone acknowledges that they have to actually get off their sorry butt to change themselves for the better, much less actually does it." She chuckled ironically. She stretched her arms as she conversed, since that was the reason she was here, after all, to workout.

Areum responded softly "Whatever you want Rowan." She put on her headgear, then waited for further instructions.
Rowan looked at her then nodded and headed in. He would show her the cave. It was really simple at first, a bit of a maze with the connecting passages, but no sudden drops or anything until they got deeper in. There was a waterfall that he wanted her to see in there, one the tunnel they were in opened up into the center of the cavern the fall was in, so they could see it falling from high above into darkness below.

Areum followed him ,not daring to breathe at time. She took it all in, savoring it all. She whispered playfully to him "Guess this is the wolves' den now."
