"Oh! I smell pizza!" Andorra said excitedly when they got to the cafeteria.

Donella chuckled and went to the door to glance in and see how many were there.

"That's good," Alexis said. Then chided herself for the obviousness of her statement. She searched for something else to say to cover up. "Do you know Ioan personally?" She said quickly. Of all questions, that made little sense in context, but whatev. Maybe she would learn something about the man in charge of this place.

Michael glanced to her then shook his head. "Not personally, no, but what I do know of him, he seems a good guy."

(I Know right! I like how Ares walked by and was like guy petting a skunk, totally normal. lol )

Lyra was a bit surprised by his action to pick her up but she wasn't going to complain as he began stroking her like a cat. If she was a skunk for real, without the human thinking part he probably would have been sprayed by now, but she wasn't just a simple skunk. She made a trilling like purring sound in her throat to show she was happy.

(Ok I checked and some say skunks can make a purring noise and some don't, so I am making the decision to have a purring skunk. lol )

Zaine couldn't help but smile as he pet her. "You remind me of a cat I used to have," he said, chuckling softly as he watching her reaction. "His name was Charlie and he wasn't allowed inside, but occasionally when my parents weren't home and the older siblings weren't there to tattle, I would let him in through my bedroom window."

(I didn't know that, but for some reason I just assumed she could purr And now I want to go hug a cat)

Victor took the right hallway, not saying anything. Somehow his mind had drifted back to what’s had happened outside again.

"Silent and brooding now, huh," Lucy said as she sidled up beside him.

Michael glanced to her then shook his head. "Not personally, no, but what I do know of him, he seems a good guy."

Anuerin blinked back the harsh sunlight. He felt weak as the sun towered above him in the sky. He couldn't understand why he was so weak, but as he caught a glimpse of his gauze wrapped hands Anuerin was reminded that he wasn't yet fully recovered. Funny how long ago the incident seemed to him in this moment. "Maybe we should go back inside." He suggested casually. He didn't want to admit that he wasn't feeling well, and have Nova rush him inside. He was willing to stay here if that's what she wanted.

Nova looked to him again then smiled again. "Alright, let's head in." She said as she stood and brushed the dirt off her pants.

Michael chuckled and nodded. "People are rarely at their best when they are stressed and you are in trouble. Maybe try talking to him when you aren't in trouble and you will see another side to him."

Lyra chattered at him happily and stomped a little circle in his lap before resting her head on his chest, looking up at him while talked to her. It was a nice story, she was happy he could remember such things fondly. She wondered what his animal was like, he had agreed to her terms after all and said he would shift for her after this. But she wasn't ready to shift back just yet.
