Childrens playfort conversion

My daughter wanted chickens so I talked her into letting me use her playfort/swingset

This is how it started

No more swings but plenty of fresh eggs! Great job. We have a similar playset we'd thought about converting.

I had some scrap lexan so I made a window
I used the extra ladder for an outside roost under the house

This is Fantastic your family did a great job. Ive been looking at my daughters playfort/swingset for months now because it is screaming COOP at me lol. But I think my daughters would cry

. So our swingset is a no go. But its great to see yours it is beautiful and the frame looks like it worked out perfect.
