Dasher is an awesome shepherd. BUT, they are a commitment, more than other breeds. I won't get another shepherd until I retire so I don't have to leave it home alone all day.
We are working on the run today, the two week chicks are already moving into a bigger brooder in our dinning room, and we need that coop's run done soon!

I understand. I have 39 pullets and 1 cockerel and they are dying to get out. I am going to make them a temporary home tomorrow when I get home from work. Our new coop won't be build until 3 more weeks. I've got to get them out of the garage; they won't make it for 3 more weeks.
