Chin Swelling?

Two more pictures attached. The tan stuff is bedding, not part of the swelling.

Most likely under the lower beak they are hard to see kind of in the center of the swelling . The pinhole is what the maggot breaths through .
Is this a common thing…? Like what are the odds this is the cause? If I have to pull a maggot out of that swelling I’m going to freak out lol

Well I have had them get into my rabbits and a cat one time and me one time . I was picking elderberries for wine it was 90 degrees and I had a loose shirt on the skeets were bad got under my shirt and bit me I didn't think nothin of it for a few weeks then one day noticed the lump under my arm . I got some tweezers and dug a little bit and grabbed the breathing tube and pulled slowly and outcomes a maggot it has barbs around to hold it in . You may want to see a vet .

Does her left eye appear the same as her right eye color and pupil? Do you know how long it has been swollen?
Her eyes are the same color. The second photo where it looks foggy is definitely just a weird picture, they’re both normal looking like in the first photo.

If it is a warble and you let it ripen it will burrow out and hatch and in most cases no harm is done and the swelling will go away . I have seen the swelling get as big as a quarter before it pops out .
