Chinese or African?

oh my gosh big difference in the knob but that one in the back what a pretty girl face..........also I forgot to say my gander looks real dignified until he starts walking with his head up in the air, then he steps on anything thats in his way and even steps into the buckets of water and food dish. He is so goofey!

Those two ganders at the lake are the same way. When they were being fed and were done eating, they would step over all the coots and ducks' heads trying to get back into the water. It's like they don't realize that those are other living things. Such a difference from the muscovy duck who is really careful to to step on anyone or their feet.

He's definitely a Chinese. The long slender neck, and pronounced knob are typical of Chinese, and he stands too upright to be an African.
There is also the chance though that he is just a not very well bred African. A lot of hatcheries don't really sell "true" Africans, just slightly bigger and heavier Chinese.
Those crazy people, not following the breed standard.

But really, he looks like a Chinese.
