My chickens just started to lay eggs for the past 3 days I got 3 but they all chipped. Today I went out later then usual and got 1 not chipped should I be looking for eggs at 6:30 like I did today.when I go out in the morning they are chipped.

Welcome to BYC!
Can you show a photo of the eggs you have seen the damage on? The first eggs laid by a bird can often have some glitches in various parts of the "assembly" process, including the shell - so seeing what you are seeing will help to better identify what is causing the "chips" you are seeing. As for the time of day they are collected, if anything the sooner after eggs are laid that they are collected, the less time there is for any post-lay damage to occur, so I don't think the fact that you had collected the other eggs earlier/in the morning had anything to do with them being damaged. Where were the eggs that were damaged collected from (nest box, below the roost, etc) and was the undamaged egg in the same place?
